1094 E-FILE ONLY

• The E-file service is recommended for a group that has an HRIS set up to provide an output file containing calculated series codes for lines 14-16 of the 1095C form.
• This includes line 16 codes associated with the plan affordability safe harbor method elected by the customer and covered individual information where applicable.
• This service level includes a dedicated ACA Track Account Manager and Data Analyst to help navigate you through every step of the process.
• The ACA Track System will create a PDF of the 1095C forms as part of the process of generating the required XML file that is required to be filed with the IRS.
• Electronic submission of the 1095C through the IRS ACA Informational Return System.
• E-file consolidation services are available for clients that have some data not in the E-file format, such as cobra or retiree data from another vendor (optional at additional cost).
• Printing & mailing (optional at additional cost).
