1094 E-FILE ONLY

The E-file service is recommended for a group that has an HRIS set up to provide an output file containing calculated series codes for lines 14-16 of the 1095C form.
This includes line 16 codes associated with the plan affordability safe harbor method elected by the customer and covered individual information where applicable.
This service level includes a dedicated ACA Track Account Manager and Data Analyst to help navigate you through every step of the process.
The ACA Track System will create a PDF of the 1095C forms as part of the process of generating the required XML file that is required to be filed with the IRS.
Electronic submission of the 1095C through the IRS ACA Informational Return System.
E-file consolidation services are available for clients that have some data not in the E-file format, such as cobra or retiree data from another vendor (optional at additional cost).
